This is one journey I want to be on the "Slow boat to China!"

None of us really enjoys aging, little aches and pain, wrinkles, weight gain, etc. All the little things that combine to make us look less attractive as we get older. One item that contributes to cellular aging is the dreaded "free radical". (For those who don't know this the free radical causes metal to rust, apples to turn brown when pealed).

However, there is a "White Knight in Shining Armor". This is the antioxidant, and it attacks and neutralizes free radicals. But there is one Knight which is a Champion ( Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods) over all the other antioxidants. This Antioxidant Champion is OPC which is found in many substances including grapes and wine.
