There is nothing wrong with being ignorant or temporarily being poor as long as one has the ambition to learn the skills necessary to be successful.

All successful people were unskilled at one time. However, they took the time to learn the skills necessary to succeed.

The best way to find our desired individual is first develop a description of our ideal candidate. We certainly can't expect to find someone if we don't know what they look like. In this case our ideal prospect will have certain characteristics.

Here is our “Wanted Poster” of our desired prospect:

1. Must have a desire to get ahead.
2. Can already be successful or just getting started, but they must possess the desire and ambition to be successful.
3. Typically they may already have a business.
4. Can be a mom, student, retired person, working man or women.
5. Ideally they are unsatisfied with their present circumstances.
6. Anyone who recognizes an excellent opportunity.

That gives us a rough description of our ideal prospect and solves our first critical step.

We will save our second problem where to find these desirable qualified people until last.

Our third critical step- How to get these people to work for us, even seek us?

This is simple in theory- we give them exactly what they want. This is no different than selling a product. If someone really wants the item you are selling they will seek out your store to buy it.

Today there are a number of frustrated people looking for the keys to success. They are looking for anyone or any tool to help them succeed. And they will seek out the person who has this if they know it’s available.
